少数干部在填报各类履历、表、册中所出现的假年龄、假工龄、假学历、假籍贯、假政绩,值得引起各级的重视。1.假年龄。干部的任职年龄有了刚性规定后,到龄即免(辞)去实职领导职务开始形成制度。极少数领导干部为了延长任职时间或争上新职务,往往从平时填表做起,不断改小年龄,出现“官越当越年轻”现象。知情者戏谑这些干部为:“儿时相伴是老庚,长大参工成兄弟,如今当官作叔侄。”
