本文建立了石英燃烧管高温分解含有机氟废水样品和氟离子选择电极法相结合的测定方法,用于工业废水中有机氟总量的测定。方法较简易、快速,标准偏差小于10%,测定范围为含氟0.1—500μg/ml。本文还采用液上色谱-质谱法对工业废水中有机氟组分进行定性,用装有双甘油的预柱除去水分的直接进洋气相色谱法进行定量。最小检测浓度为7 ppb。
In this paper, a method for the determination of total organic fluorine in industrial waste water was established by the combination of the pyrolysis of organic combustion fluorinated wastewater samples and the fluoride ion selective electrode method. The method is simple, rapid, with standard deviation less than 10%. The determination range is 0.1-500μg / ml. In this paper, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was also used to characterize the organic fluorine components in industrial wastewater. Quantitative analysis was carried out by direct gas chromatography with a pre-column containing diglycerin to remove water. The minimum detectable concentration is 7 ppb.
