目的探索猪股骨头标本离体后支持带动脉显微灌注技术方法。方法显微镜下对12例离体猪股骨头标本显微灌注,显微CT扫描;血管三维重建。结果通过下支持带动脉对离体猪股骨头显微灌注及骨内血管三维重建。构建离体股骨头的数字化三维模型,可精确、清晰呈现股骨头内动脉主干及其分支的形态结构。结论离体猪股骨头动脉显微灌注及骨内血管三维重建能够清晰显示猪股骨头骨内的血管。为股骨头缺血性坏死研究提供形态学基础。
Objective To explore the technique of porcine femoral head in vitro with micro-perfusion technique. Methods 12 cases of isolated porcine femoral head specimens were observed under a microscope. The results through the support of the artery with porcine femoral head microvascular perfusion and three-dimensional reconstruction of the bone. To construct a digital three-dimensional model of the isolated femoral head can accurately and clearly show the shape and structure of the trunk and its branches of the femoral head artery. Conclusion Microvascular perfusion of femoral head artery in vitro and 3D reconstruction of intraosseous vessels can clearly show the blood vessels in the femoral head and skull of pigs. Morphological basis for the study of avascular necrosis of femoral head.
