川崎钢铁公司开发、研制了采用应变时效硬化技术显著提高抗拉强度的新型热轧薄钢板 ( BHT钢板 )。开发的钢板由于强度低 ,因此在成型时具有良好的加工性 ,在涂漆烘烤处理后由于强度有很大的提高 ,因此能显著提高碰撞吸收能和抗疲劳强度。在热轧过程中 ,通过优化固溶 N量和细化晶粒 ,能同时获得高的应变时效硬化能和抗自然时效性。该开发钢板应用于汽车结构件时不会影响冲压成型性 ,可以提高汽车的抗碰撞性和耐用性 ,有助于车身的轻量化。
