提出采用E玻纤织物增强磷酸镁水泥基细骨料混凝土薄板加固RC梁的方法。以加固层织物网层数为主要变化参数,进行了8根加固梁和1根对比梁的抗弯试验研究,分析加固梁的破坏模式、荷载-挠度、荷载-钢筋应变、荷载-混凝土应变关系、裂缝开展情况,研究加固层织物网层数变化对RC梁正截面受弯承载力特性的影响。试验结果表明,该加固方法可以有效地提高梁的开裂荷载、屈服荷载和极限荷载;加固后梁的延性降低。基于试验研究,提出了加固梁的受弯承载力计算方法,给出了相关计算公式。
The method of using E-glass fabric to reinforce the RC beam strengthened with magnesium phosphate cement-based fine aggregate concrete sheet is proposed. Taking the number of reinforcement fabric layers as the main parameter, the bending test of 8 reinforced beams and 1 contrasting beam were carried out. The failure mode, load-deflection, load-reinforcement strain and load-concrete strain relationship , Crack development situation, research reinforced layer of fabric layer changes on the RC beam positive section flexural capacity characteristics. The test results show that the reinforcement method can effectively improve the cracking load, yield load and ultimate load of the beam; the ductility of the beam decreases after the reinforcement. Based on the experimental research, the calculation method of the flexural capacity of the reinforced beam is proposed, and the relevant calculation formula is given.
