随着社会信息化进程的不断加快和信息技术在档案工作领域的广泛应用,军队档案开始了信息化建设,军队档案工作者的思想观念发生转变,达成了信息化、数字化的共识;档案工作的方式发生了变革,由保管型转变成了信息服务型,逐步从传统的以面对面服务为主向网络服务为主转变。但是在军队档案信息化建设中还存在着“三个矛盾”和“四个滞后”的问题。笔者从四个方面提出了对于军队档案信息化建设的建议,以此来不断推进军队档案信息化建设的步伐。
With the acceleration of the process of social informatization and the extensive application of information technology in the field of archival work, the military archives have started the construction of informatization and the ideals and concepts of the military archivists have been transformed, reaching consensus on informationization and digitization. The archives work The mode has undergone a change and has changed from a custodian type to an information service type, gradually shifting from the traditional face-to-face service to network-based service. However, there still exist the issue of “three contradictions” and “four lags” in the construction of military archives informationization. The author put forward suggestions on the construction of military archives informationization from four aspects in order to constantly push forward the pace of military archives information construction.
