为进一步促进企业“转机制、抓管理、练内功、增效益”活动及有关审定表彰工作,使企业能够及时准确地找到自身在同行业的位置,明确努力方向,自1994年四季度开始,由北京市经济委员会和北京市统计局联合设置北京市工业系统工业企业评价指标并定时公布完成情况和排序。具体说明如下: 一、评价指标的设置:以经济效益指标为主,根据国家统计局有关规定,设置七项评价指标:①工业经济效益综合指数②工业产品销售率③工业资金利税率④工业成本费用利润率⑤工业全员劳动生产率⑥流动资金周转次数⑦工业增加值率。 二、评价指标发布的范围:北京市工业系统所有工业企业,即包括北京市经委系统工业企业和区县、乡镇工业及在京军工企业。 三、排序的办法:按打破行业的大排序和分行业排序的两种形式同时公布。 第一种形式,以工业经济效益综合指数为序,公布北京市工业系统前100名工业企业数值,同时列出其余六项指标数值和名次。 第二种形式,以工业经济效益综合指数为序,按中类行业排序各公布前3名数值,同时列出其余六项指标数值和名次。 四、发布的办法和形式:季度发布时间为下季度第二个月;年度的发布在下一年的二月。均由《首都经济》月刊自即期起独家公布。 此次企业评比排序活动与以往相比有显著不同。以往的企业评比
