历时9年的编制、修改和完善,乾陵文物保护的第一个比较科学的规划项目《乾陵保护总体规划》(以下简称《总规》)于2013年8月获得国家文物局批准,后又经过当地政府和上一级政府的审核,终于在2015年3月由陕西省人民政府正式公布实施。这是乾陵文物保护事业上一件值得庆贺的大喜事,也是继唐睿宗《桥陵保护规划》和唐玄宗《泰陵保护规划》之后第三个公布实施的唐代陵墓保护总体规划。
After nine years of compiling, revising and improving, Qianling’s first master plan for conservation of Qianling’s heritage, the “General Plan for Conservation of Qianling” (hereinafter referred to as the “General Regulations”), was approved by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage in August 2013, After the review by the local government and the government at the next higher level, it was finally announced by the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government in March 2015. This is a memorable celebration of Qianling’s heritage conservation project. It is also the third general plan for the protection of the tomb in the Tang Dynasty following Tang Ruizong’s “Bridge Protection Plan” and Tang Xuanzong’s “Tailing Protection Plan.”
