我厂洗选西露天矿坑原杂煤,年入洗毛煤450万吨左右。由于工艺较复杂,地点分散,仅水洗车间就有取样点16处,人工采样占用人力多且代表性差。为了改变这种状况,我们吸取其他厂、矿自动采样机的经验。于一九七五年研制成功第一台气动式自动采样机,这种采样机结构简单,制造容易、使用方便、事故少、使用可靠。到七七年投产四台,七八年全厂又制作安装十二台,现全厂已全部实现了自动采样。
Our factory washes western open pit pit mixed coal, wash coal into about 4.5 million tons. Due to the complexity of the process and the scattered locations, there are only 16 sampling points in the water-washing workshop. The manual sampling takes up a lot of manpower and the representativeness is poor. In order to change this situation, we learn from other factories, mine automatic sampling machine experience. In 1975 successfully developed the first pneumatic automatic sampling machine, the sampling machine structure is simple, easy to manufacture, easy to use, less accidents, reliable use. To seven or seven put into operation four, seven or eight whole plant has produced and installed twelve units, the whole plant has now been fully automated sampling.
