为适应新时期对人事管理工作的要求,加强人事信息管理工作,使人事信息管理更加全面、准确、及时、高效,根据国家人事部下发的《全国人事管理信息系统建设规划纲要》提出的总目标,结合重庆市的具体情况,现决定人一九九七年起,在统一规划,统一标准的前提下,建立起’重庆市人事管理信息系统”,以做为“全国人事管理信息系统”的组成部分,现就此项工作提出以下意见:
