发展旱地灌溉 促进农业增产

我省旱地面积占总耕地的50％以上,多分布于盆地丘陵,是粮、棉、油等作物的重要基地。至1979年底统计,全省旱地有效灌溉面积已达780万亩。但从广大丘陵地区来看,水源仍不足。特别是不少旱地土层瘠薄,保水能力差,受干旱影响较大。旱地与水田相比,产量普遍不稳不高。要使我省旱地稳产高产,必须发展旱地灌溉。

The dry land area in our province occupies more than 50% of the total cultivated land and is distributed in the hills of the basin. It is an important base for crops such as grain, cotton and oil. By the end of 1979, the effective irrigated area of ​​dry land in the province had reached 7.8 million mu. However, from the perspective of vast hilly areas, there is still not enough water. In particular, many dryland soil infertility, water retention capacity is poor, greatly affected by the drought. Compared with paddy field, the dry production is generally not stable. In order to ensure a stable and high-yielding dry land in our province, we must develop dryland irrigation.
