目的:比较奋乃静片含量测定的两种不同方法。方法:采用UV-对照品法和HPLC法分别测定奋乃静片的含量。结果:UV-对照品法测得奋乃静在0.996～8.964μg/mL的范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.25%(n=9)。HPLC法测得奋乃静在8.048～40.24μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),测得平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.09%(n=9)。结论:HPLC法准确度高,线性关系良好,与UV-对照品法测得结果一致,可用于奋乃静片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To compare two different methods of determination of perphenazine tablets. Methods: Determination of perphenazine tablets by UV-reference method and HPLC method respectively. RESULTS: Perphenazine showed a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.996 ~ 8.964 μg / mL with the average recovery of 99.9% and RSD = 0.25% (n = 9). HPLC showed that perphenazine had good linearity (r = 0.9999, n = 5) in the range of 8.048 ~ 40.24μg / mL and the average recovery was 99.9% and RSD was 1.09% (n = 9). Conclusion: The HPLC method has high accuracy and good linearity. It is consistent with the UV-reference method and can be used for the quality control of perphenazine tablets.
