目的:通过注射用硫普罗宁采用细菌内毒素检查法检测热原。方法:将注射用硫普罗宁用配套溶媒碳酸氢钠注射液溶解,按《中国药典》细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。结果:样品溶液在50倍稀释情况下对鲎试剂无干扰作用。结论:注射用硫普罗宁可以用细菌内毒素法检测热原。
OBJECTIVE: To detect pyrogen by bacterial endotoxin test using tiopronin for injection. Methods: Tiopronin for injection was dissolved in the matched solvent sodium bicarbonate injection and tested according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia bacterial endotoxin test. Results: The sample solution had no interference with the limulus reagent at 50-fold dilution. Conclusion: Tiopronin for injection can detect pyrogen by bacterial endotoxin method.
