为了提高企业的核心创造价值,加强企业经营管理水平,促进员工工作积极性,提高企业总体发展效益,大多数企业都要在发展过程中设立绩效考核,通过考核指标规范企业的管理。随着绩效考核的深入,使用EVA指标进行考核的方式逐渐渗入到企业管理中。本文就企业绩效考核中对EVA的应用进行探讨。
