实现企业经营多元化,规模全球化,实现企业利益最大化,发展的可持续化,是现代企业战略管理的目标和最终目的。尤其是加入WTO后的国有企业,其面临的竞争环境,国际环境更加复杂多变,作为大型国有企业,如何实现成本的最低化,利益的最大化,不仅是国有施工企业财务主管最关心的财务问题,也是决定企业国有地位以及国际地位的重大责任。明确现代大型国有施工企业财务主管的责任,分析企业战略管理中存在的缺失和漏洞,探索完善企业战略管理制度和效能的策略,是现代企业发展的基本路径。
