任何制度要想得以有效实施,必须要得到所处环境的支持。因此,想要治理施工企业内部控制制度的缺失,必须从改善施工企业的环境入手,本文首先描述了理想化的内部控制环境,然后分析了我国施工企业内部控制环境方面存在的问题,并一一提出相应的解决对策。
Any system that wants to be effectively implemented must have the support of the environment in which it is located. Therefore, to control the lack of internal control system in construction enterprises, we must start with improving the environment of construction enterprises. First of all, this paper describes the idealized internal control environment, and then analyzes the problems existing in the internal control environment of construction enterprises in our country.
