扰力是设计动力机器基础必不可少的资料。热模压力机机械系统的运动过程较为复杂,目前国内有关生产厂家,尚无法提供这方面的资料,这给压力机基础的设计带来很大的困难。从西德引进的MP系列的压力机所提供的设计资料中,将扰力、扰力矩简化为三角形脉冲。然而,无论是理论上的或实际作用的扰力,均非真正的三角形。本文试图在某些前提条件下,根据大块式压力机基础的垂直振幅曲线,对求算扰力曲线的方法进行分析探讨,不妥之处,希予以指正。另外,本文所提供的方法,也适用于具有相同条件的大块式冲击机器基础的扰力分析。二、前提条件及分析方法概述前提条件是:振动体系是线性的,并且可根据振幅曲线分析获得有关的动力参数
Disturbance is an indispensable piece of information for designing the basis of power machinery.
