目的:筛选甘肃马先蒿抗运动疲劳活性组分。方法:采用负重游泳致运动型疲劳模型,84只BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组(生理盐水)、对照组(生理盐水)、红景天胶囊(0.5 g/kg)阳性对照组、甘肃马先蒿水提物(0.5g/kg)组、苯乙醇苷(0.5 g/kg)组、环烯醚萜苷(0.5 g/kg)组及甘肃马先蒿大极性成分(0.5 g/kg)组,灌胃给药,连续7 d。末次给药1 h后,通过负重游泳实验检测小鼠力竭游泳时间,并检测血清、肌肉组织中乳酸(LD)含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性及肌肉与肝脏中糖元及ATP含量,确定抗运动疲劳活性组分。结果:甘肃马先蒿苯乙醇苷部位可延长小鼠力竭游泳时间(P<0.01),降低血清及肌肉LD含量,升高肌肉及肝脏糖元、ATP含量及血清及肌肉LDH及CK活性。结论:苯乙醇苷类成分可能是甘肃马先蒿的抗运动疲劳活性组分,其作用机制与减少不良代谢产物生成与堆积、增加能源物质储备、维持机体内环境的稳态有关。
Objective: To screen anti-exercise fatigue components of Artemisia selengensis in Gansu Province. Methods: Eighty-four BALB / c mice were randomly divided into control group (normal saline), Rhodiola sac (0.5 g / kg) positive control group, Gansu (0.5 g / kg), 0.5 g / kg ethephon (0.5 g / kg), 0.5 g / kg iridoid glycoside (0.5 g / Gavage, for 7 days. One hour after the last administration, the swimming time of exhaustive swimming in mice was measured by the swimming load test, and the content of lactate (LD) and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and muscle in muscle and muscle And liver glycogen and ATP content, to determine anti-fatigue activity of anti-sports components. Results: Phenylethanoid glycoside of Gansu could prolong exhaustion swimming time (P <0.01), decrease serum and muscle LD, increase glycogen and ATP in muscle and liver, LDH and CK in serum and muscle. CONCLUSION: Phenylethanoid glycosides may be the anti-fatigue component of Artemisia selengensis in Gansu province. Its mechanism of action is related to reducing the formation and accumulation of undesirable metabolites, increasing the reserves of energy substances and maintaining the homeostasis of the body.
