肾脏是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)最常受累的器官之一.狼疮性肾炎是免疫复合物肾炎,主要由DNA-抗DNA复合物在肾脏沉积,激活补体引起肾脏的组织损伤,但尚有其它机制如凝血、纤溶系统等参与肾炎的组织损伤.今就狼疮性肾炎的血液纤溶活性改变及其临床意义探讨如下.
The kidney is one of the most frequently affected organs of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a complex of immune-complex nephritis that is mainly deposited by the DNA-anti-DNA complex in the kidneys and activates complement to cause tissue damage in the kidneys but there are other Mechanisms such as coagulation, fibrinolysis system involved in the damage of nephritis tissue now on the lupus nephritis blood fibrinolytic activity changes and its clinical significance are discussed below.
