糖尿病的血液流变学发生异常对血管合并症有一定影响。唾液酸(SA)影响红细胞膜的膜电荷。研究对象为糖尿病住院病人(DM组)50名和健康者(N组)10名。从肘静脉采血5ml(肝素抗凝)做成红细胞鬼影(ghost),经超声波处理后作为试验材料。测定红细胞膜SA是采用将结合型SA用唾液酸酶(Sialidase)变为游离型用唾液酸醛缩酶(Sialic acid Aldolase)裂解产生的丙酮酸,用测定LDH-NADH系统的所谓酵素法(酵解法)测定。
Abnormal blood rheology of diabetes has a certain impact on vascular complications. Sialic acid (SA) affects the membrane charge of the erythrocyte membrane. The subjects were 50 hospitalized diabetic patients (DM group) and 10 healthy individuals (Group N).
