分析了106例贲门癌的术前营养状态及与手术后并发症的关系。29.2%患者术前白蛋白<35g/L,31.1%患者术前白蛋白<100g/L。白蛋白<35g/L组术后并发症发生率为29%,明显高于白蛋白≥35g/L组,后者并发症发生率为13.3%(P<0.05)。血红蛋白<100g/L组术后并发症发生率为30.3%,而血红蛋白≥100g/L组并发症发生率为12.3%,两者相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。表明:贲门癌术前低营养状态非常普遍,该种状态明显增加术后并发症。
The preoperative nutritional status of 106 cases of cardiac cancer and its relationship with postoperative complications were analyzed. 29.2% of patients had preoperative albumin <35g/L, and 31.1% of patients had preoperative albumin <100g/L. The incidence of postoperative complications in the albumin <35 g/L group was 29%, significantly higher than that of the albumin ≥35 g/L group, and the latter complication rate was 13.3% (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the hemoglobin <100 g/L group was 30.3%, while the complication rate in the hemoglobin ≥100 g/L group was 12.3%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). . It shows that preoperative low-nutrition state of cardiac cancer is very common, and this state obviously increases postoperative complications.
