本文应用透射电子显微镜技术观察了应用血卟啉加光量子疗法后,再施以放射治疗,大鼠皮下移植性肿瘤W256细胞超微结构的变化。结果表明:与单纯充氧加放疗组的肿瘤细胞相比,经过血卟啉、光量子疗法及同时应用血卟啉和光量子疗法后再施放疗组大鼠肿瘤组织周围有明显增多的炎性细胞浸润及淋巴细胞浸润;肿瘤细胞可见有不同程度的核改变及粗面内质网脱颗粒、扩张;线粒体肿胀、嵴及膜的断裂、基质丢失。应用血卟啉及血卟啉加光量子同时应用再施以放射治疗后,肿瘤细胞线粒体的损伤较严重,其他细胞器无明显结构差异。揭示:血卟啉与光量子疗法均具有放射增敏作用,血卟啉较光量子疗法增敏作用稍强些
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructural changes of W256 cells after subcutaneous transplantation in rats treated with hematoporphyrin plus phototherapy. The results showed that: Compared with the tumor cells in the pure oxygenation plus radiotherapy group, there was a significant increase of inflammatory cell infiltration around the tumor tissue of rats after hematoporphyrin, light quantum therapy, and simultaneous application of hematoporphyrin and light quantum therapy. Lymphocyte infiltration; tumor cells can be seen in varying degrees of nuclear changes and rough endoplasmic reticulum degranulation, expansion; mitochondrial swelling, sputum and membrane rupture, matrix loss. With the application of hematoporphyrin and hematoporphyrin plus photons simultaneously with radiotherapy, the mitochondrial damage of tumor cells is more serious, and there is no obvious structural difference in other organelles. Reveals that both hematoporphyrin and photo-quantum therapies have radiosensitizing effects, and hematoporphyrins are slightly stronger than light quanta therapies.
