为探讨下颌骨放射性骨坏死的成因,采用光镜和透射电镜观察放疗对狗下颌骨骨膜小血管的影响。结果表明,放疗后狗下颌骨骨膜小血管扩张、充血、血管内皮细胞肿胀,血管通透性增高,渗出增多,红细胞逸出血管外,继而血管内血栓形成,逐渐肌化使小血管闭塞,骨膜呈低血管状态,从而影响骨膜对骨质的血液供应。
To investigate the cause of osteonecrosis of the mandibular bone, light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the effects of radiotherapy on the periosteum of the mandible in dogs. The results showed that after radiotherapy, the periosteum of the dog’s mandible expanded, congested, and swelled vascular endothelial cells, increased vascular permeability, increased effusion, red blood cells escaped the blood vessels, followed by the formation of intravascular thrombosis, and gradual myocardium occlusion. The periosteum is hypovascular and affects the blood supply to the bone from the periosteum.
