神经生长因子不仅在神经系统具有很好的作用,而且在非神经系统(如:免疫功能,造血功能以及生殖功能)也具有较强的作用。神经生长因子来源比较的广泛,其可以从不同细胞分泌中得到,而且神经生长因子的结构和构效关系也被研究的透彻。神经生长因子主要是通过和受体蛋白相互结合而产生作用,由此也使神经生长因子神经生物学迅速发展。为了能够探究神经系统发育中神经生长因子的作用,对此本文将从神经生长因子对神经元发育作用,对发育期神经纤维作用以及对神经元组织的作用等方面进行逐一阐述。
Nerve growth factor not only has a good effect on the nervous system, but also has a strong effect on non-nervous system (such as immune function, hematopoietic function and reproductive function). The sources of nerve growth factor are more extensive, which can be obtained from different cell secretions, and the structure and structure-activity relationship of nerve growth factor has also been studied thoroughly.
