目的:探讨数字化颅脑体积的研究方法和手段。方法:选择一具无器质性病变中年男性颅脑标本,采用冰冻刨削切片技术,间隔1mm作断层切片,经扫描仪、普通相机和数码相机采集图像输入计算机,用自编三维重建软件重建颅脑各部三维立体结构。结果:获得颅脑部分结构的体积,大脑灰质体积为615428.6mm3,占颅腔体积44.8%;白质体积占500003.4mm3,占颅腔体积36.4%;尾状核体积10462063mm3,占颅腔体积0.46%;豆状核体积14683.49mm3,占颅腔体积1.0%。结论:对中国人颅脑进行三维重建,可对其体积、形心坐标进行测量,为临床影像、神经外科提供了解剖学数据。
Objective: To explore the research methods and means of digital brain volume. Methods: A non-organic disease of middle-aged male brain samples were selected, using frozen gouge slice technology, 1mm interval for the slice, the scanner, ordinary camera and digital camera image acquisition computer, using self-dimensional reconstruction software Reconstruction of brain three-dimensional structure of various ministries. Results: The volume of brain structure was obtained. The gray matter volume of the brain was 615428.6mm3, accounting for 44.8% of the cranial cavity volume. The white matter volume was 500003.4mm3, accounting for 36.4% of the cranial cavity volume. The caudate nucleus volume was 10462063mm3, accounting for 0.46% of the cranial cavity volume. Volume 14683.49mm3, accounting for 1.0% of the cranial cavity volume. Conclusion: Three-dimensional reconstruction of cranial brain of Chinese people can measure their volume and centroid coordinates and provide anatomical data for clinical imaging and neurosurgery.
