本文在对大学信息工作状况和信息用户需求调查的基础上,描述了大学信息流运作关系,提出了信息工作机构设置模式;并在剖析学校信息工作范畴和影响大学信息工作机制因素的基础上,建立了评价测定学校信息工作系统效能的层次分析结构模型。文中的“信息”与原来的“情报”系同一概念。
