自2012年秋季以来,我校课改工作已进入全面铺开阶段,对于如何在全校有效实施课改借鉴外校的先进经验,我校组织教师赴某县考察。通过学习让我受益匪浅。一、深度认识课改目的,坚定课改决心一直以来,很多教师对于课改目的认识模糊,课改中急功近利,把课改目的和学生成绩简单对等起来。在实施课改的过程中一旦发现学生的学习成绩滑坡,教师就心生疑虑,动摇课改决心,假课改现象便随之产生。课改的目的应分为三个阶段:当下目标是学生会想、会
Since the fall of 2012, the school curriculum reform has entered a stage of full swing.
