氯代磺酚S是测铌较好的试剂之一,并且还能作为测定锆、钪、钼、铜、钒、铝的试剂。但以三元络合物形式用于钢铁中钨的光度法测定未见报导。文献提到邻羟基偶氮类有机化合物,在过氧化氢存在下能和钨形成有色三元络合物。氯代磺酚S是具有这样结构的试剂,我们对氯代磺酚S测定钢铁中钨进行了试验,发现该试剂在盐酸(0.25~1N)介质中能和钨形成蓝色三元络合物,灵敏度较高,克分子吸光系数为2.3×10~4,在含钨0.2~2.8μg ml~(-1)范围内符合比尔定律。干扰元素可借氢氧化钠分离,二乙撑三胺五乙酸掩蔽及空白液消除影响。
Chlorosulfonates S is one of the better reagents for the determination of niobium and can also be used as a reagent for the determination of zirconium, scandium, molybdenum, copper, vanadium and aluminum. However, the ternary complex used in the determination of tungsten in steel has not been reported. The literature mentions ortho-hydroxyazo organic compounds that form colored ternary complexes with tungsten in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Chlorosulfonates S is a reagent with such a structure. We tested the determination of tungsten in steel with chlorosulfonates S and found that this reagent can form a blue ternary complex with tungsten in a hydrochloric acid (0.25-1 N) medium , The sensitivity is high, the molar absorptivity is 2.3 × 10 ~ 4, and Beer ’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.2 ~ 2.8 μg ml -1. Interfering elements can be separated by sodium hydroxide, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid masking and blank solution to eliminate the impact.
