随着医疗改革的不断深入和医疗中心任务的日益繁重,全方位的医院管理对行政后勤管理的依赖性越来越高。医院后勤工作是整个医院管理工作的基础,它贯穿于医院其它工作的每一个环节,是医院正常运转的重要支持和保障系统。它直接关系到医院的医疗、教学及科研工作的正常运转,关系到职工思想的进一步稳定和积极性的充分调动,关系到医院的全局和健康持续的发展,是医院管理工作的重中之重。
