目的:完善出生证的信息化管理,提高出生证管理的质量和工作效率。方法:应用佛山市第一人民医院计算机中心开发的出生证信息管理系统,为卫生行政部门、医疗保健机构提供出生证办理和管理服务,建立信息管理平台。结果:采用出生证信息化管理系统实现了病历电子化信息资源共享,提高了工作效率和工作质量,使数据的准确性明显提高,出生证管理水平适应了工作发展的需要。既体现了人性化服务,又降低了成本。结论:出生证应用管理信息化系统使出生证管理工作规范、准确、高效、科学、全面,提高了整体管理水平,使出生证管理跨入了信息管理的时代。
Objective: To improve the information management of birth certificates and improve the quality and efficiency of birth certificate management. Methods: Applying birth certificate information management system developed by the computer center of Foshan First People’s Hospital, providing birth certificate management and management services for health administrative departments and health care institutions and establishing information management platform. Results: The birth certificate information management system was used to realize the sharing of medical record electronic information resources, which improved the work efficiency and quality of work. The data accuracy was obviously improved and the birth certificate management level adapted to the needs of work development. Not only reflects the human services, but also reduce costs. Conclusion: The birth certificate application management information system makes birth control management standard, accurate, efficient, scientific and comprehensive, raising the overall management level, so that the management of birth certificates entered the era of information management.
