目的 :了解中山医科大学第一附属医院 1996～ 2 0 0 0年调脂药物的使用情况 ,着重分析他汀类药物的应用。方法 :采用限定日剂量值 (DDD)分析法 ,对 5年中消耗的他汀类调脂药物的数据进行分析 ,统计其用药频率及日均用药费用及调脂药销售金额、品种变化。结果 :1997年他汀类销售金额随整体调脂药物增长有较大增幅 ;从 1998年起他汀类品种逐渐增加 ,辛伐他汀的总用药人次值 (DDDs)一直位居首位 ,日均用药费用基本呈下降趋势。结论 :该院他汀类药物的使用符合经济、适用原则 ,基本无一味追求新药、贵药现象
Objective: To understand the use of lipid-lowering drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan Medical University from 1996 to 2000, and to analyze the application of statins. Methods: The data of statin lipid-lowering drugs consumed in 5 years were analyzed by DDD analysis. The frequency of medication and average daily medication cost as well as sales amount and variety of lipid-lowering drugs were analyzed. Results: The statin sales volume increased greatly with the increase of overall lipid-lowering drugs in 1997; the statin varieties increased gradually since 1998, and the total DDDs of simvastatin ranks the first place. The average daily medication cost Showing a downward trend. Conclusion: The use of statins in this hospital is in accordance with the principle of economy and applicability, with basically no pursuit of new drugs and expensive drugs
