我部在1954年以前,经常因器械(尤其是二級品)的保养不好而生锈,造成揖失很大。經过同志們的多次研究,反复試驗,最后终于找到了一种比較理想的金属器械保护油(混合油),解决了器械銹化和腐蝕的问题。茲將其配法及質量要求簡介如下: 金属器械保护油(混合油)的成份:黄凡士林3份,液狀石腊2份,石腊4份。原料的选擇和質量的要求凡士林:用黄凡士林,酸硷度檢查应为中性,熾灼殘渣不得超过0.05%,異性有机物的檢查应符合药典规定(68年版)。石腊:酸硷度檢查应为中性反应,熾灼殘渣不得超过0.05%,易炭化物的检查应符合药典規定(53年
Before 1954, our department was often rusted due to poor maintenance of equipment (especially secondary products), causing great losses. After many studies and repeated trials by comrades, they finally found an ideal metal equipment protection oil (mixed oil) and solved the problem of rust and corrosion of the equipment.
