扁平苔癣是一种口腔粘膜慢性非感染性炎症,一旦糜烂溃破,久而难愈,长期灼痛。过去治疗用重金属制剂(包括铋、砷、汞),维生素,抗生素及放疗均不理想。笔者在1986～1988年用醋酸确炎舒松—A局部注射,配合聚肌胞全身用药,治疗15例,经二年观察,收效满意,现小结如下。 [临床资料]本组男性4例,女性11例,年龄28～69岁,病程最短5个月,最长4年7个月。其中颊粘膜糜烂者9例下唇粘膜糜烂4例,舌背、龈颊沟糜烂各1例。

Including 9 cases of buccal mucosal erosion of lower lip mucosal erosion in 4 cases, tongue back, gingival cheek groove erosion in 1 case.
