水资源问题的分析常常涉及不可比的目标。在这种情况下没有明显的最优解,但存在一组技术上有效的非劣解。水资源决策者考虑社会优先性选择优于其他解的一个非劣解。多目标动态规划是动态规划的扩展,它在制定决策的过程中既能给决策者提供一组非劣解,又能在各级不可比的目标之间帮助决策者作出明确的转换关系。这一方法能对应用现有方法难以解决的多目标问题作定量的分析。现例举这种问题的一个例子,并且用多目标动态规划求解。这个问题包括为一个具有三个目标的水库的运行得出一组非劣解和转换曲线。
Analysis of water resources often involves incomparable goals. There is no obvious optimal solution in this case, but there is a group of technically effective non-inferior solutions. Water policymakers consider a non-inferior solution in which social preferences are superior to others. Multi-objective dynamic programming is an extension of dynamic programming. It not only provides decision makers with a set of non-inferior solutions in the process of making decisions, but also helps decision-makers to make explicit conversion relations among the incomparable goals at all levels. This approach enables quantitative analysis of multi-objective problems that are difficult to solve using existing methods. Now give an example of such a problem, and use multi-objective dynamic programming solution. This problem includes deriving a set of non-inferior solutions and conversion curves for the operation of a reservoir with three objectives.
