我院自1980年6月至1992年5月采用皮质脑电图监测下手术治疗96例难治性癫痫,现将随访观察总结报告如下。临床资料一般资料:本组共96例,其中男57例,女39例,平均年龄22.5(9月～47)岁,平均病程8.4(9月～23)年。癫痫发作类型和频率:大发作53例,单纯精神运动性发作9例,精神运动性发作伴大发作24例。单侧发作7例。失神小发作伴大发作3例。每月2～3次至每日20余次不等。伴发症状和体征:96例中有39例有伴发症状和体征,表现为智能低下,记忆力、计算力
Our hospital from June 1980 to May 1992 by cortical EEG monitoring of 96 cases of refractory epilepsy surgery, the follow-up observations are summarized as follows. Clinical data General information: The group of 96 cases, 57 males and 39 females, mean age 22.5 (September to 47) years, the average duration of 8.4 (September to 23) years. Seizures type and frequency: 53 cases of major episodes, 9 cases of pure motor attacks, psychomotor seizures with 24 cases of major episodes. Unilateral seizures in 7 cases. Small loss of appetite with major episode in 3 cases. 2 to 3 times a month to more than 20 times a day. Associated symptoms and signs: 39 cases of 96 cases with associated symptoms and signs, manifested as mental retardation, memory, computational power
