本研究通过对五所医院884名医院工作者就病人住院过程方面的影响因素进行分析,研究结果认为,致医院病人住院时间较长的原因是复杂的,有医疗过程因素,有来自医务人员方面的主观因素和医疗费用等方面的客观因素。缩短平均住院日能够达到最大有效性最重要的因素是管理因素。加强医院的标准化管理和强化质量管理过程是达到缩短平均住院日目的的最有效措施。
This study analyzed the influencing factors of the hospitalization process of 884 hospital workers in five hospitals. The study concluded that the reason for the length of hospital stay for hospital patients is complicated, there are medical process factors and there are medical personnel Objective factors such as subjective factors and medical expenses. The most important factor in reducing the average length of hospital stay to achieve maximum effectiveness is management factors. Strengthening the hospital’s standardized management and strengthening the quality management process is the most effective measure to shorten the average length of stay.
