目的 了解培养阳性的中心静脉导管菌群变迁及药敏情况。方法 对中心静脉导管培养阳性的75 例患者进行回顾性调查分析。结果 最常见的病原体是金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌。大多数细菌均有较高程度的 耐药性,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素的敏感率达91.5% ,革兰阴性杆菌对阿米卡星及头孢他啶的敏感率皆为55.1% 。结论 导管性败血症(Catheter-related sepsis, CRS)的有效处理方法是拔除感染的导管
Objective To understand the culture-positive changes of the central venous catheter flora and drug susceptibility. Methods A retrospective analysis of 75 patients with positive culture of central venous catheters was performed. Results The most common pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Most of the bacteria had a high degree of drug resistance. Gram-positive cocci were 91.5% sensitive to vancomycin. Gram-negative bacilli were 55.1% sensitive to amikacin and ceftazidime. Conclusion The effective treatment of Catheter-related sepsis (CRS) is to remove the infected catheter.
