目的:观察苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎临床疗效。方法:83例霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为2组。对照组41例给予口服氟康唑胶囊治疗;治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上加用苦参凝胶,阴道给药。1周为1疗程,连用2周。结果:总有效率治疗组97.62%,对照组75.61%;复发率治疗组2.38%,对照组12.19%。2组总有效率、复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白带减少、外阴瘙痒消失、阴道疼痛消失、黏膜充血消失时间治疗组均少于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参凝胶联合氟康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效好,临床症状改善时间快、复发率低,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of kushen gel combined with fluconazole capsule in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods: 83 cases of fungal vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 41 cases given oral fluconazole capsule treatment group; 42 cases in the control group based on the treatment with kushen gel, vaginal administration. 1 week for a course of treatment, once every 2 weeks. Conclusion: Kushen gel combined with fluconazole capsules for the treatment of fungal vaginitis is good, clinical symptoms improve fast, low recurrence rate, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
