China’s accession to the WTO is a necessary and rational choice for China and a “second opening up” in the process of China’s economic development. Its significance is undoubtedly far-reaching. Practice shows that it is impossible for any country today to achieve ideal development and progress under the state of closed-door policy. The objective trend of economic globalization also makes it necessary for our country to make full use of the world’s resources
