为了解猫螺杆菌(Hf)和霍乱毒素共同免疫小鼠能否产生长期保护作用,作者分别在第1、3、6、30、54天用1mg超声处理的Hf菌体加10μg霍乱毒素口饲7~8周龄的SPF雄性BALB/c小鼠.分别于末次免疫后1、3、6、13、15个月用Hf活菌攻击小鼠,攻击后21天杀死动物,取其胃组织进行尿素酶试验和Giemsa染色,检测有无螺杆菌存在;同时用ELISA测血清IgG和唾液IgA抗Hf抗体.结果表明,在免疫后1、6、13、15个月时,所有免疫小鼠均能抵御Hf攻击,Hf清除率达100%,3个月时清除率为86%(尿素酶法)或93%(Giemsa法).与注射生理盐水的对照组相比,两组间的清除率有显著差异.免疫组和对照组的IgG抗体水平因个体免疫应答不同而都有变化,但免疫后1、6、15个月时的三次检测显示,免疫组的IgG抗体水平均显著高于对照组.免疫组小鼠1和15个月时的IgG抗体水平显著高于6个月时,而对照组间则无显著差异.唾液IgA抗Hf抗体
