当前,新闻教育与新闻实践之间的“脱节”问题被经常提起,在新媒体环境之下,改革和创新新闻教育、完善新闻人才培养和高校师资队伍建设尤其成为重要课题。本文从“记者转型教师”的理念与现实角度阐发,通过梳理“记者回归”想象的现象与本质,揭示记者型教师的现实困境,并提出化解新闻教育与新闻实践矛盾的可行方案,进而指出新闻专业教师队伍建设需要确立融合理念。
At present, the issue of “disconnection” between news education and news practice is often raised. Under the new media environment, reforming and innovating news education, improving the cultivation of journalists and the construction of university faculty members have become an important issue in particular. This paper analyzes the phenomenon and essence of “reporter’s return” imagination from the concept and reality of “teacher transformation” and reveals the realistic predicament of reporter-type teachers and puts forward feasible solutions to resolve the contradiction between journalism education and news practice , And then pointed out that the construction of news professional teachers needs to establish the concept of integration.
