小角激光光散射技术用于研究FEP共聚物的形态结构,其结果表明:影响共聚物结晶形态的主要因素是共聚组成比和结晶条件。试样在空气中自然冷却条件下结晶,若六氟丙烯含量从2%增加到14—19%,共聚物结晶形态从棒状结晶变为球晶结构。试样在极慢速率(0.2℃/分)冷却条件下易生成棒晶。除上述结构外,某些试样在特定条件下结晶,生成两维和三维球晶共存以及更精细的多重结构。
Small angle laser light scattering technique was used to study the morphological structure of FEP copolymer. The results showed that the main factors affecting the crystalline morphology of copolymer were the copolymerization ratio and the crystallization conditions. The sample crystallizes under natural cooling in the air. If the hexafluoropropylene content increases from 2% to 14-19%, the crystalline form of the copolymer changes from a rod-shaped to a spherulitic. The sample is very easy to produce rod crystal under very slow rate (0.2 ℃ / min) cooling condition. In addition to the above structure, some of the samples crystallize under specific conditions to produce two-dimensional and three-dimensional spherulite coexistence and finer multi-structure.
