河北省康保县皮毛厂,在省、地、县各级有关部门的支持下,于1986年10月12日建成了面积为344平方米的太阳能热水器系统,1987年春季投入生产。使用以来,效果很好,获得了可喜的经济和社会效益。现介绍如下,供参考: 该厂主要生产各种出口、内销的裘皮制品。每年鞣制羊皮10万余张,细皮40万余张。因此在脱脂工序中,每日需用45℃—55℃的温水50多立方米。根据该厂的实际情况,我们与有关部门共同探讨了如何采用太阳能加热水以解决皮张脱脂这个问题,并成功研制出如图1、图2所示的大面积太阳能热水器系统。试验表明该系统完全达到了工艺要求。 1.该热水器系统面积为344平方米,占地面积400平方米。系统分四个联接组,采用自然循环方式。下循环管分左、中、右三路分别与集热器联接。上循环
