食管癌、胃癌病人的预后在很大程度上取决于诊断时的病期。胃镜检查指针的放宽提高了早期癌的检出率,早期癌总的发现率仍然较低,其中可能的一个因素是胃镜诊断前已采用了抑酸剂治疗。此研究的目的是为了确定抗分泌治疗对检出上消化道癌病人诊断过程和所见的影响。
The prognosis of esophageal and gastric cancer patients depends to a large extent on the stage of the diagnosis. The relaxation of gastroscope needles has increased the detection rate of early cancers, and the overall rate of early cancer detection is still low. One of the possible factors may be the use of acid-suppressant agents before gastroscopy diagnosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of antisecretory therapy on the diagnostic process and findings seen in patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer.
