人们很早就已使用火,累积了取火的技术。但是物体为什么会起火?火是什么样的物质形态,却长期困扰着人们。18世纪初,有人提出一种学说,认为可燃物质中存在着“燃素”,当物体燃烧时它以光和热的形式逸出。后来,物体燃烧的氧化说才取代了错误的燃素说。原来“火”就是某些物质在较高温度时与氧气化合而发热发光的剧烈氧化反应现象。火焰指的是物体燃烧时所生成的发光、发热的气体区域。
People used the fire early and accumulated fire-fighting techniques. But why can objects cause fire? What kind of physical form is the fire, but it has long plagued people.
