本文在整理注释周作人致郑子瑜信札基础上,对信中涉及的周作人、郑子瑜在“黄学”(黄遵宪研究)方面的贡献和旧体诗创作、诗集出版方面的交流及与两人与日本学术界的交往等内容进行了归纳分析,介绍郑子瑜为周作人的《知堂杂诗抄》在海外出版所做的努力。周作人是中国较早重视黄学研究的人,晚年因为郑子瑜来信托购相关图书资料,积极帮助,多所建言;郑子瑜有机会赴日研究,获得第一手资料,通信中均有涉及。从有关《知堂杂诗抄》出版事宜的通信中可略窥周作人晚年生活和工作状态。而周作人的杂诗与黄遵宪的《日本杂事诗》之间的关系,也令人关注。

The relationship between Zhou Zuoren’s poem and Huang Zunxian’s “Japanese poem” is also a cause of concern.
