为了适应四化建设的需要,我局从一九七九年三月开始,大力开展了对财会人员的培训工作。一年多来,局、公司和企业单位共举办各种训练班二十二个,培训学员七百多人。通过培训,老财会人员提高了业务理论水平,新财会人员学到了专业知识;既补充了各单位财会人员的不足,又提高了财务管理水平,还培养了一批专业教师队伍,受到基层企业的普遍欢迎。要办好财会人员训练班,我们的体会要做到以下几点:一、领导重视,各方支持
