安妥明(Atromid—S),又名祛脂乙酯(Clofibrate),国外的商品名称有Ayerst、Clolacylamine、Andosterone 等。国内已能生产。安妥明是人工合成的药物,是带有脂肪酸侧链的对氯苯氧异丁酸乙酯(Ethylchloro-phenoxyisobutyrate,CPIB)。化学结构见下图。1962年,Thorp 首先发现安妥明能降低小鼠的血脂,也可降低猴子的血清胆固醇,其后又为其他学者所证实。安妥明可长时期降低大鼠血浆非酯化脂肪酸。它可为大多数病人所耐受,相当安全,至今已使用十余年。美国已批准用来治疗高脂蛋白血症。最近报告,本品不能作为大规模预防原发性缺血性心脏病的药物。
