目的调研本地区医院临床输血管理情况,建立本地区临床输血管理模式。方法 2012年对本地区64家医院从输血科(血库)基本建设、临床输血质量管理、输血相容性检测三方面进行调研和分析评价。结果输血科(血库)基本建设、临床输血质量管理、输血相容性检测三方面的平均合格率分别为46.88%、61.95%、92.20%。结论医院应加大输血科(血库)建设投入,加强人员培训,建立健全临床输血质量管理体系,规范临床输血行为,保证临床输血安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical management of transfusion in hospitals in this area and establish a clinical transfusion management model in this area. Methods In 2012, 64 hospitals in the area were investigated and evaluated from three aspects: blood transfusion (blood bank) capital construction, clinical blood transfusion quality management and blood transfusion compatibility testing. Results The average passing rate of transfusion department (blood bank) infrastructure, clinical blood transfusion quality management and blood transfusion compatibility test were 46.88%, 61.95% and 92.20% respectively. Conclusion The hospital should increase investment in blood transfusion department (blood bank), strengthen personnel training, establish and improve a clinical transfusion quality management system, standardize clinical transfusion behavior and ensure clinical transfusion safety.
