分别以国内现行的胃电图（ＥＧＧ）参考诊断标准和自拟ＥＧＧ特异性波形为诊断标准，比较了胃癌ＥＧＧ诊断结果与胃镜及病理诊断结果的吻合率。结果显示：以ＥＧＧ平缓波为Ⅰ型胃癌；以孤立高波为Ⅱ型胃癌的参考诊断标准，其诊断结果与胃镜及病理诊断结果吻合率明显高于现行参考诊断标准的诊断结果，表明特异性波形作为胃癌的参考诊断标准优于现行的标准。并且发现在病灶体表投影处记录，ＥＧＧ特异性波形显现率明显高于胃窦与胃体部。
The current EGG reference diagnostic criteria and self-designed EGG-specific waveforms were used as the diagnostic criteria to compare the EGG diagnostic results with gastroscopy and pathological diagnostic results. The results showed that: EGG mild waves for type I gastric cancer; isolated high-wave type II gastric cancer reference diagnostic criteria, the diagnostic results and gastroscopy and pathological diagnostic results consistent rate is significantly higher than the current diagnostic criteria of the diagnostic results, indicating specific waveforms As a reference diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer is better than the current standard. And it was found that the recording rate of EGG-specific waveform was significantly higher than that of gastric antrum and stomach body.
